We are delighted to announce that we have now become the official kit supplier for the Corporate Games.
So, who are the Corporate Games?
We stage Europe’s largest corporate multi-sport festival at a different UK city every year and each event brings together thousands of participants from hundreds of organisations, for a three day unrivalled sporting weekend of camaraderie.
The atmosphere cannot be under estimated nor replicated as it allows ordinary people, whatever their age or sporting ability to compete alongside their work colleagues, clients and friends, to step onto a podiums, have medals placed around their necks and ultimately win points and awards for the organisation they are representing. It is important to remember that apart from being a fun and social event, its promotes health and wellbeing in the workplace, creates employee confidence, increases staff morale ………. It also allows organisations to network, raise brand awareness and explore business opportunities.
This year’s games will see 23 x sports played at a number of different venues in Coventry, we anticipate around 4,000 x competitors from across the UK and at least 1, 300 medals will be handed out to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. The entry fee is £79 + VAT per person, this covers the cost of participation, everyone will received a games T-shirt, souvenir programme and sponsors gifts. On Saturday afternoon, at the Grand Parade of Athletes, all attendees will have a chance to win one of 100 x prizes. Please click here for more games details and click here for our games video.
Our games party will take place on Saturday 3rd August at the University of Warwick Student Union. This coming together of participants from so many different organisations is an amazing event, where at least 85% of people will turn up in fancy dress and aim to be voted the best dressed!!!! Fancy dress theme ‘Medieval’ (optional), see attached. Tickets cost £15 each if they are purchased in advance or £20 at the door.
Words from Fortis director Jay Nash
We’re delighted to be partnering up with the games and are hoping to build a great working relationship that will continue for many years to come.
The ethos of the games to create employee confidence and increase staff morale is really powerful, and I believe that with the current uncertainty, investing in being part of this event would do wonders for any business. I’d urge companies to look into entering and seriously consider it. Anyone interested can get in touch with us and I’ll happily pass on further details and contact information.
For Fortis, this means access to some of the UK’s and World’s biggest company names and brands, with a foot in the door with these businesses, who knows where it could lead.
